This price will include standard service parts such as a nozzle which some others charge for. Outside this agreement will be repair items, but these will come at a reduced rate as I keep many on my van for breakdown purposes anyway.

Your boiler will need to be switched off for the duration of the service (someone did ask) but I will ask you to turn it on momentarily before I service it - just to make sure it has no pre-existing problems.
Your vaporizing Aga will need to switched off overnight at the OCV before I will service it as it is dangerous to do it otherwise.
